Esquire Magazine thinks Scarlett Johannson is the sexiest woman alive. Although I am quite the SJ fan (no I didn't say SJP), I'm not sure on how sexy she is. Quirky, talented, interesting, would have made a better Marie Antoinette in Sofia Coppola's upcoming film, but THE SEXIEST??? I have to defer on that. But I think it's my commitment to making sure the Anglo definition of beauty is not always at the top of the "Best of" lists that makes me want to counter Esquire's claim. Call me politically correct -- or not. I still love the vintage photoshoot they did with their "Sexiest Woman Alive". I'd love to recreate it with women of color. And for the record, Scarlett is in my top ten of favorite actresses.

ANTM: Michelle

A new season of America's Next Top Model and another slew of girls that make you think, "What in the hell are they thinking??" when it comes to judging.

Although not a huge fan of the twins in the beginning, I have to admit that this twin, Michelle, took the best photo last week. She might win me over, but we will see.
